An exclusive event where Keogh will unveil an innovative new solution its developed in partnership with Perth-based boutique data analytics consultancy 4CDA, specifically for companies to forecast and model corporate performance.

The software measures the key elements that underpin a high-performance culture, and then uses mathematical simulation to assess the impact of recommended interventions on corporate performance.

The new solution gives leaders an ability to maximise their investment in culture.

Industry today

Since late March, when the global health pandemic erupted, the corporate landscape in WA and across Australia has faced many challenges.

Some of those challenges will no doubt be the biggest faced by many leaders over their entire careers.

And the narrative around change, opportunities and leadership still seems to grow by the week, particularly as we rapidly head towards a new year and more optimistic outlook.

We’re seeing headlines on a daily basis about leadership and employee relations, ones that promote everything from how companies plan to put their people through a ‘corporate culture detox’, to the emergence of new strategic roadmaps outlining best practice.

There is a seemingly never-ending flow of change and commentary around the different approaches and expectations of how and where staff will work…such as more remote workers, decentralised operations or flexible work arrangements.

Simultaneously, there’s a lot of confusion about how companies can successfully set visions, improve cultures and implement growth strategies at a time while so much uncertainty continues.

For leaders, it’s a matter of not only demonstrating the leadership and courage required, but also effectively tackling new cultures and behaviours that ultimately lead to a sustained level of higher performance and better commercial outcomes

Important facts

Despite the increasing focus on organisational culture by CEOs, investors, consumers, communities and other key stakeholders, a recent Gartner report (2019) reveals only one in three organisations has the culture it needs.

This is not reflective of a lack of commitment.

Gartner states that considerable time, effort and funding is spent on culture (approximately $2,200 per employee), and yet only one-third of organisations have the culture they actually need to drive business performance.
