The 6 month Program includes:
PRE & POST ENGAGEMENT MEETINGS
Held at the beginning and completion of the Program involve both participant and their Manager. The purpose is to set the participant up for resounding success! Participants and their Manager will also be asked to assess current business/unit/participant performance and to co-develop personal learning outcomes, in addition to the Program’s outcomes.
WEBINAR PARADIGM BUSTING SPEAKERS
We have carefully selected an array of speakers from varying and surprising fields. Together they offer out-of-the-box insights, inspirations for viewing the world and the action of leadership in new ways.
INITIAL 360º FEEDBACK
The participant will receive 360º feedback and multiple other measurements of progress throughout the Leadership Edge program. This will enable the value-add to your business of the participant’s development to be continuously calculated. This is an innovative approach which closely links individual and business performance.
1 : 1 COACHING
Delivered at regular intervals throughout the Program to maximise learning and personal transformation, in service to the participant’s effective performance in their role. Our coaches are highly skilled in facilitating a journey of deeper transformation.
TEAM LEARNING PROJECTS & LEARNING PARTNERSHIPS
These occur in multiple configurations throughout Leadership Edge. Some span the length of the Program, others are for short periods. The purpose is to foster feedback, knowledge-sharing, build team awareness, and put partnering and coaching skills into practice.
ACTION LEARNING PROJECT
Participants will bring to the Program a significant organisational issue that calls for leadership. They will be supported to use an action-learning project-based approach to investigate, analyse, design and implement integrated interventions. The project chosen will need to deliver potential significant returns to the organisation.
2 X 3 DAY IMMERSION WORKSHOPS
These workshops are delivered by leadership experts who are also organisational development experts and highly skilled facilitators. They create an experience that positively intensifies impact, as each step builds on the ones before. Various methodologies are used to bring the entire experience to life - they are unforgettable and life-changing experiences.
MANAGER SUPPORT & INVOLVEMENT
For this Program to deliver greatest returns to your business, Managers are an important key to supporting participants to embed their new learnings, behaviours and practices. We work in closely at different stages, including a special half-day Manager Workshop before the Program’s completion (optional attendance).
