For several years I have undertaken key organisational development initiatives for mega projects within BHP Billiton and Rio Tinto at a management level. This included a corporate project management role contributing to strategy and development of set standards for HR and OD practices across all global major capital projects. Prior to working in the resource industry, I was running my own consultancy business specialising in career and team development, coaching, and psychometric testing. Although a majority of the previous work was in West Australia and Queensland, I have also had exposure to overseas environments such as South America and Indonesia.
Outside of work I like to stay active and go for a long run or hit the gym. I love to travel overseas and get off the beaten track. Weekends at home are also often spent exploring local unadvertised destinations.
