Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Part-time contract role (Perth)

WE HAVE AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR A MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR TO JOIN US, BASED IN OUR PERTH PRACTICE.

The role is initially for a 3-month fixed term. The work will always be challenging and stimulating, and if we can collectively create the ideal career path, there is the potential for permanency. 

This role supports the Keogh team with strategic communication requirements; delivering through leadership and driving business development.   You will work in close collaboration with our appointed external agency to collate and produce content for digital marketing and campaign activity. 

As our successful candidate, you will be passionate about marketing and helping to grow our business.  You will be required to understand our capability and unique brand proposition, to show our potential clients who we are and how we can make a positive difference to their business. You will ensure the Keogh team delivers to deadlines and support us in maximising business development and growth opportunities.   We are a tight-knit team, and regular communication and collaboration are essential. 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 3-5 years’ experience working with internal marketing for a consulting business, or service provider 

  • An undergraduate degree in Marketing and/or Public Relations is preferable but not essential

  • Significant experience with website content management systems (preferably Wordpress)

  • A good understanding of digital marketing channels and social media 

  • Make a difference with your exceptional written and verbal communication skills 

  • Editorial/publication experience – be able to collate and coordinate content, working side-by-side with our Brand agency 

  • Experience in analysing content and marketing performance 

  • Project coordination skills and an eye for detail 

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, diverse team environment, contribute to team goals and pursue own life goals 

  • Resilience, and the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently

Key accountabilities include:

  • Participate in and contribute to the design, implementation and facilitation of interventions that support organisational transformational change (e.g. cultural change programmes, team development, leadership development initiatives 
  • Conduct research to support clients, integrate with Keogh offerings and solutions and develop relevant client collateral  
  • Contribute to the design and facilitation of workshops  
  • Lead/contribute to projects  
  • Provide coaching and advice to assigned clients  
  • Contribute to the development of proposals  
  • Be a proactive and positive contributor to the Keogh team, sharing knowledge, best practice and learnings.

Key accountabilities include:

  • A qualification in Management, Marketing, Communication, Business, Behavioural Science, Psychology, Human Resources or similar  
  • At least years’ experience working with internal and/or external clients in an organisational development capacity 
  • Experience in being part of a team that designs, delivers and evaluates strategic organisational development interventions to deliver high performance 
  • Ability to contribute to design and facilitate team development and organisational development workshops 
  • Outstanding facilitationinterpersonal, and written oral communication skills and the ability to prepare summary reports and research papers 
  • Project coordination skills and an eye for detail 
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, diverse team environment, contribute to team goals and pursue own life goals 
  • Resilience, and the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently 
  • Flexibility to travel, to meet the needs of both national and international clients 
  • Experience and capability at designing mentoring and coaching programs 
  • A unique ability to foster and grow effective relationships with clients, associates and colleagues 
  • A knack for resolving problems and creating solutions 
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills  
  • Highly competent in Office365
